As CEO and Founder, Neal is the head of the Leadership Team focused on IncreaseOnline’s vision to change the way publishers price and sell their inventory. He oversees the company’s strategic direction, culture and execution. Neal is a successful entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in building new online ventures. Neal was instrumental in the commercialization of Peoplexs.com (since acquired by Talentsoft), an e-recruitment solution vendor. He was directly involved from it’s early stage as a startup, up to when the company became a Deloitte Fast 500 company and had achieved a growth of 749% within 5 years. He then moved on to founding BandenConcurrent.nl, a Dutch e-commerce platform for tyres. Within a short period of time, BandenConcurrent.nl has become a market leader and is now a popular household “go to website” for tyres in the Netherlands.
Mark is a co-founder of IncreaseOnline and currently acts as Chief Revenue Officer, being responsible for top-line revenue growth and retention. Mark brings more than 12 years of adtech experience to the company and works to combine client, agency and publisher perspectives with those of IncreaseOnline. He also leads a team to help publishers capitalize on today’s dynamic ecosystem and enterprise needs. Prior to founding IncreaseOnline, Mark focused on the growth of digital publishers such as Gamepoint, Jaludo, Keygames Network and Voetbalprimeur.nl. Under his leadership, each company’s business revenue grew at double-digit rates. Before shifting to the digital advertising industry, Mark worked in the financial industry as a trader in options, futures and bonds.
As CTO, Niels is the brains behind IncreaseOnline’s core technology. He leads the development and deployment of IncreaseOnline’s suite of publisher products and tools. His team’s overarching mission is to help publishers manage and maximize yield. Through 15 years of data and software experience, Niels has successfully applied data mining algorithms and scalable systems in order to create advanced software products. Before his current role, Niels served as Chief Data Scientist at IncreaseOnline. He led the data devision of the company’s yield optimization services, where billions of monthly impressions were being monetized. Niels has a background in statistics and holds a PhD in Quantitative Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Rashied has been part of IncreaseOnline since the beginning, and has held several positions touching nearly every aspect of the business. Currently acting as Chief Ad Operations, Rashied is responsible for the Services organization. This sector consists of professional services, managed services, project management and technical support services. Rashied provides strategic leadership and creative solutions to the complex problems the industry faces. This includes offering scalability and developing holistic solutions for clients. Prior to IncreaseOnline, Rashied ran his own financial advisory firm and worked as a trader in options, futures and stocks. Rashied holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Groningen University.
Jeff is founder and CEO of The Trade Desk, Inc., a leading demand-side platform that powers the desks of the world’s most advanced buyers in online advertising. In 2015, Ernst & Young named Jeff Entrepreneur of the Year in the Greater Los Angeles region. Since its inception in 2009, Jeff has shaped The Trade Desk into one of the fastest growing companies in ad tech, having been recently named one of OnMedia’s “35 [Private Companies] to Watch.” He was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year award for Greater Los Angeles and was named to the Pacific Coast Business Times’ “40 Under 40″ in 2013. Prior to The Trade Desk, Green founded AdECN, which he built in 2004 as the world’s first online advertising exchange, which was acquired by Microsoft within three years after its launch. Jeff has also served as an advisor to a series of companies including AppNexus and SiteWit.
Reinier is responsible for Strategy & Business Development (M&A) at Global eBay Classifieds Group. He is an experienced strategist in both the transactional and corporate strategy area. At KPMG, Reinier performed for more than 30 transactions due diligence projects. These were mainly commercial due diligence processes (vendor and buy-side), but several other types of projects such as market entry studies, business model reviews and financial modeling exercises came by regularly.
Typical customers were mid-market private equity firms as well as large corporates and SMEs. He has assisted different Board of Directors of larger firms (> $ 500 million turn-over) where he was responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s strategy, based on market potential and fact-based analyses.
